Credits & Billing
What happens if I run out of credits?
When your credits are depleted, you won't be able to perform operations that consume credits (like generating slides or exporting files). You can wait for your subscription credits to refresh on your cycle date, upgrade your plan, or earn bonus credits through referrals.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
Subscription credits reset on your cycle date and do not roll over. However, bonus credits (from sign-up, referrals, etc.) never expire and remain in your account indefinitely.
How can I check my credit balance and usage history?
Click on your avatar in the top-right corner and select "Usage" from the dropdown menu. You'll see your current balance (subscription + bonus credits) and a detailed history of all credit transactions.
Refund & Cancellation
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day refund guarantee for first-time subscribers, provided that during those 7 days you have not (a) consumed any credits or (b) used any feature, model, template, or export option that is exclusive to Pro/Max plans. Refunds are issued net of non-refundable payment processor fees (typically around 3%–5%), or — at your option — as full-value account credits with no fee deduction. Email [email protected] to start. How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Plan. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again, and you can resubscribe at any time.
Will I get a refund for unused credits after cancellation?
No, unused subscription credits are not refundable upon cancellation. However, you can continue using them until your current billing period ends. Bonus credits remain in your account and can be used even after cancellation.
Usage & Features
What is the maximum PDF file size supported?
Free users can upload PDF files up to 10MB each. Pro and Max users can upload up to 50MB per file. For multi-file uploads, you can upload 2-5 files with a combined total of up to 200 pages.
Why did my PDF parsing fail?
PDF parsing can fail for several reasons: 1) The file is corrupted or password-protected, 2) The PDF contains only scanned images that are difficult to parse, 3) Network timeout during processing. Try re-uploading or contact support if the issue persists.
Can I edit the generated PPTX in PowerPoint?
Yes! The exported PPTX is fully editable in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, or any compatible presentation software. All text, images, and formatting can be modified.
Why are some images blurry in my presentation?
Image quality depends on the source PDF. If the original PDF contains low-resolution images, they will appear blurry when scaled up. For best results, use PDFs with high-resolution figures (300 DPI or higher).

Is my uploaded content secure?
Yes, we take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We use industry-standard cloud providers for storage. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You'll need to type "DELETE" to confirm. This action is irreversible and will permanently remove all your data, presentations, and account information.
Can I use Tosea.ai for commercial purposes?
Yes, you can use Tosea.ai for commercial presentations, business reports, and professional content. All generated content belongs to you. Please ensure you have the rights to use any source materials you upload.
